Just to clarify, as I have had a few questions on it, we would prefer a group to lease it. However, if we get enough individulas, we might be able to put a group together through doing that.

Ranch has been run as a commercial hunting ranch for many years, so management has been a long time priority, resulting in a very healthy population of game and some beautiful deer. We just decided to go the leasing route now. This means blinds and feeders are already in place. You can basically just step In and start hunting!

Don't have a group but would be interested In a spot.

actually if you research it Maverick is not only the top B&C county in Texas for many many years it is also one of the top counties in the USA - both typical and non typical - on top of all that it is one of the smallest counties compared to others like Webb. LaSalle etc.

Yep tlk I remember reading all that now that you mentioned it.
I hunted Maverick many years ago....took a few good deer. I’ve only seen two true booners in my life.... one was in Maverick co a week before season....he went poof to never be seen again
