Haskell Tx Hunting lease. 1168 per gun

Hunting lease 15 minutes from the city of Haskell Texas. 325 acres. Farm house with central heat and air. 3 bedrooms sleeps 10. Price includes electric and cable but not propane. Hogs everywhere but deer you have to spend time in the 3 tower blinds in place. 1 ground blind. Just drive and your ready to hunt. Great get away. No guests the 1st year, lease is from Feb to Feb.
Since there is a house involved we need 2 responsible hunters over the age of 40 years old. 3 people currently on lease but I don't hunt and the other 2 only hunt once in a while. The owner charges 30 bucks for dove hunting for the month of sep even if your on the lease. Oct dove is included. Best dove hunting in west tx.. 214 282 7542. Also 55in flat screen tv, Water heater, shower, dishwasher, New fridge, stove top and oven. No trophy deer here that I have seen but you will get meat. Again we need 2 responsible hunters and other than opening weekend of dove season you will have the run of the place. Been on it for 15 years and shot a lot a deer of it. 3 tower blinds are the 3-4 thousand dollar price range, 2 person blinds, only 3 years old.
