Im looking for a duck lease this coming season. was a guide for years but now just looking for a spot for myself looking anywhere from within 3 hours or less of DFW.

HG 101
Great little dove and duck lease.  Lease consists of two duck ponds.  One duck hole is just over an acre in size and borders a cultivated field.  Pond is full of tons of duck food.  Second duck hole is 4-5 acres shallow water pond, pond floods out into a cultivated field after a heavy rain.  Good cover and food all around the pond.  Max of 4 hunters $1,000/gun located in Honey Grove.

HG 103
Three Duck holes one lease.  This is a great lease.  Biggest of the two ponds is between 5-6 acres and size bordering a cultivated field.  Great cover on all size and good food in the pond.  Pond is creek fed that floods out into hard woods on far end of duck hole with a nice large 4 man blind.  Next hole is a great honey hole, it is a levy built on the end of a cultivated field that hold water year round an floods out the field with heavy rain and has a nice 4 man blind.   Last pond is right at an acre in size nestled in a grove of trees.  Great little late season mallard hole.  Max of 4 hunters $1,500/gun Honey Grove.

HG 104
100 acres tract of land with almost 60 acres of water.  If this property was spread out it could hunt 3 times as many hunters.  This is a retired catfish farm with 6 ponds ranging in size of 7-9 acres.  Also included in the lease is a 2 acre slough fed by a creek.  These ponds have great duck food through out, landowner says it holds hundreds of birds.  We are looking for up to 4 management minded hunters at $1,500 per gun.  Lease is located on the North side of Honey Grove, Tx in Fannin County.
HG 105
This duck lease just can’t be beat. There’s three ponds that are about an acre each covered in duck food with cattails surrounding making great cover for wintering ducks. Then there’s two sloughs that are ready to be planted with next years duck Buffett bordering the tree line at the bottom of the hill. One is 4 acres and one is 6.5 acres. Located just south of Honey Grove, Tx. 4 guns max at $1500/gun

Paris Hunting Lease (sold pending)
Year round hunting lease available just outside of Paris, Tx.  This property is approximately 300 acres with a 30 acres lake and creek running through the middle of the property.  This lease would be ideal for a group of duck hunters or a single family looking for a place to enjoy duck hunting, deer hunting, and fishing during the spring and summer.  During winter rains the creek will flood out some timber and pastures next lake will frequent resident Canada Geese.  A couple of deer blinds are already in place on the property for use as well as you may set up your own blinds and feeders.  Looking for a group of 4 respectable hunters $1,750/gun.  
ROX 101
This 150 acre seasonal dove and duck lease sits along a long creek bottom that runs through Fannin County. There is over 12 acres of water in a secluded bottom along the edge of a crop field and the creek. The sloughs are covered in hydrilla, pond weed, and other native grasses around the outside. Will also flood into the woods and crop field in wet years. $1,500/gun for up to four hunters. Located just outside of Roxton, Tx.

Square 250
This 250 acre property is located in Fannin County. It consists of four ponds half acre to an acre in size. All ponds have good duck food and have some cover around them to make for great concealment. It has been known to hold ducks on these smaller ponds for easy shooting. Deer and hog hunting are also included, as well as year round access. Looking for four hunters at $1500/gun.

Rock 155
This lease is 155 acres split into two properties on each side of the county road with 4 ponds. The first is a large and open pond with a few trees flooded on the banks and a small pond just off to the side. The next two ponds are completely surrounded by trees and filled with duck food, one is almost two acres and one is just under an acre. This lease also includes deer and hog hunting, with year round access. Looking for four hunters at $1500/gun.
