South Texas deer lease

I’m getting out of deer hunting and trying to find someone to take my personal spot. It’s a quality ranch with good guys. It’s 8,000 acres near Laredo tx. MLD 3 and we do take some quality deer off the ranch every year. The spot would include a 30x40 covered parking spot for a travel trailer with water and electric. The cost is 10k a year and that includes all costs with the exception of protein feed. You would be responsible to maintain 2 feed stations and have 2 blinds. All my equipment that is there would be for sale as well so it could be a turn key deal.
