Its in the country and sits on 35 acres with a nice foodplot. You can hunt on property. $450 per/month ALL BILLS PAID. House is fully furnished. I have attached a map of the property lines. You can hunt Deer, Turkey, and Quail on this property. Great place to stay while hunting in Kansas.









534 Acre Parcel:
Beautiful hunting area near Council Grove Reservoir. Great wooded sites with nice productive food plots. The property has outstanding whitetail bucks and an abundance of turkeys and quail. Excellent catch and release fishing on two isolated, clear ponds. Largemouth bass up to 6 pounds and near record sized bluegills and nice crappie. These ponds offer some good shooting for ducks and geese. The ponds also offer rustic camping opportunities where coyotes howl, and night birds call almost every night. One of the outstanding deer leases in the Flint Hills of Kansas. There are several protected wild areas with food plots and excellent cover for deer, turkeys, and quail.
