Looking for Deer Lease Around Bryan/College Station

I am looking for a year around lease withing an hour or two of Bryan/College Station. I have been hunting public land for 2 years and looking to get a permanent set up.
I bow hunt, so small acreage doesn't bother me, as long as, it's in a good area. If you have any information or know someone who does please let me know. Looking for white tail and hogs. Thank you in advance for your help.
