95% woods 10miles east of Sulphur Springs. Camping allowed at 2 designated sites on opposite end of property. No running water or electric. Elevated and ground blinds are set up. Feeders are all over the place, some with corn, some haven't been filled in over a year. You are more than welcome to use anything you find on property. Just do not move the tree stands or ground blinds. You can also set up your own gear as well. 24 hour - 7 days a week access through locked gate. ATV and UTVs are welcome.
