I'm looking for a small lease (~200 acres) to deer hunt. I am a middle-aged firefighter who is responsible, dependable & will take care of your property. It will be for me & my daughter to hunt (wife doesn't hunt but sometimes comes along) but want to be able to bring a friend sometimes. Needs to be w/in 2.5 hours from Ellis Co. It'd be nice if it has hogs, too. Electricity isn't mandatory but would be a nice bonus! Year round. Thanks.
