Looking for long term lease in South Texas or Paducah/Childress area for 6-8 management minded hunters. Would need to be family oriented ( we're fine with hunting off leasee's tags and probably won't happen often but needs to be available), have water and power. Myself and one other hunter on this group live on and manage a high fence ranch here in Central Texas, but looking to hunt new country.
Can provide stands, feeders, protein, cottonseed, and equipment/seed for food plots, etc... if allowed year round access. Looking for HF or LF, doesn't matter.
Budget is $3-$5,000 per gun... maybe slightly higher if its in the right area.
