Looking for long-term lease

My friends and I have been out of college for a few years now and are looking for a potential long term hunting lease that we can build up, manage and ideally hunt for many years. We all live in the DFW area and are looking for something within ~100 miles of town. We want to set it up as a family style year round lease to have the ability to hunt deer, ducks, predator, turkey, etc. We are still determining a fair cost for everyone involved but wanted to discuss that in private. As of right now we are all on separate family leases and are wanting to establish a lease on our own for our future families to be able to enjoy. We are all young, hard working able bodies that could provide a lot of value to a piece of land as well.
