Lease wanted for family of 3 - within 2 hrs of San Antonio

Looking for a place to go within two hours of san antonio with my wife and 3 yr old son. We would like to be the only people in the property, what we are looking for is to get out of the city, spend time in the outdoors with our son and teach him how I grew up. No need for big deer, hunting is secondary. There is just 3 of us, we don't drink party and we don't drink, we would very seldom have guests. (Family only) I have 25 yrs of hunting experience, really looking for a long term property. We have an RV we want to place in the property, depending on specifics of the property we can pay up to 5k a year. Can pay full amount up front, provide references if needed.
