Possible Lease Henderson County.

The landowner told me today that some guys backed out on him.
He has about 2500 acres, broken up.

This particular tract is across street from me, it’s 250 acres. He want 5000. He does not negotiate, that’s the price.

Year round access. Half open. Half woods. I think electric.

Deer and ton of hogs. Deer are harder to hunt, if you wanna pick them off at a feeder, this ain’t for you.

County Road 3907, north of Athens.

I would love to find a place in Henderson County but cant pay that.

And a short doe season. Is there a pond on it for ducks and fishing?

Yes. 16 day doe season. Don’t know about pond.

5000 total. You can get 4 for 1250 if you like.

We have 4. But I’m the only one who goes.

Not bad if you still need a place to hunt.

Best thing is it’s only about 70 miles from Dallas.
