1 spot for San Angelo/Robert Lee lease

Approx 700 acres looking for 1 spot. Really laid back lease with good people. Need 1 more who is willing to bring feeders and blind. Place is very courteous and respectful. Has good number of deer, hogs, turkey, and predators. Has electric at camp but no water. Back 1988 & 1989 I hunted just west of Robert Lee on EV Spence reservoir. There was a very good population of deer, dove and Blue Quail

Its a great place and hasnt been overhunted. Ive been on since last year and the deer pop. Is good lots of hogs and cant beat the price.

How many total hunters ?

If I was not on a lease, I would be calling this guy. I am surprised it has not been filled.

Oh heck I forgot to mention all of the turkey and there was a lot!

6 total hunters. Everyone can hunt where they want. Its split into two pastures approx 375 acres a piece. One on each side of the senco loop road. We did see quite a few turkeys last year. Lots of hogs too. Hunters will need to bring feeder and blind in case they want to set up a stand.

You mention electric in camp. Is there a house?

No sir, no house. Im surprised at the lack of interest on this one. Whats everyones thoughts ill try and answer any questions you have as best i can.

Probably just time of the year. You can fill it quick on FB but good luck vetting those folks. At that price surprised you can't get a friend in between 5 of you.

I live in el paso and its hard to find anyone here commited enough like me to get a lease and do right by everyone on there. Im just surprised because the price is cheap. Who ever does get on will be happy they did im sure of that.
