Mutiple tracts for Sale - exotics and such - 09/06/18 01:18 PM
I listed this earlier, but we have made so many changes that I figured to start a new thread. We are offering this as a whole, or "mix and match" tracts (4 tracts in total)
The only restriction is that the 45 acre tract cannot sell by itself unless the 106 is already sold....heh. The 106 sorta "fits" with the 45, but if someone likes the 106 and buys that, then the 45 can sell by itself or with the 77 etc.
So, a few of the listings need a few updates, and some photos are on more than one ad, but that is because an Axis on one place is just as likely to be on the other places.
Oh, and we lowered the price of the ranch as a WHOLE to what it would be in parts:

Again.. a couple ads need more updates and they are working on that. Any of them can be mixed and matched. We can also make an agreement for hunting rights on some tracts till they sell if the 77 is purchased first, just until we sell the others though.
