Looking for Hunters to fill 4 spots on 6,000 Acre Deer Lease

Description: Family Lease consisting of 6,000 Acres of pastures and rocky mesas located at the intersection of South Texas and The Texas Hill Country.
Location: “The Mason Ranch” in Uvalde County (14 miles SW of Concan / Frio River).
Cost: $3000 / Hunter, Electricity & Water included.
Game: Whitetail Deer, Dove, Exotics (primarily Aoudad), Javelina, Lots of Turkeys, Too Many Feral Hogs.
Game Tags Per Hunter:
• One (1) Trophy Buck & One (1) Cull Buck OR Two (2) Cull Bucks
• One (1) Management Doe
• One (1) Exotic
• TP&W Limit of Four (4) for Turkey
• TP&W Limit of Two (2) for Javelina
• Unlimited Hogs
Guest Policy: Up to one guest per visit OR immediate Family Members.
Livestock: Cattle
Access: June 1st 2018 – May 31st 2019. Twelve (12) Month / Year-Round.
Amenities: Two separate camp sites with water and electricity. 18 bed Camp house, large open yard with electricity and well water to accommodate travel trailers. Hunters will need to provide their own stands, feeders, feed pens and feed.

Salt ------ its sort of a red flag that you dont say how many hunters on the lease, and whatever that number is you multiply it times 2 since everyone can bring a guest.

Don’t guess on lease stats guys. Neither of your statements are correct so if you have any questions then please feel free to call me.

I don't want to stir the pot or get off track here but let me make a couple of observations. I have heard of very few leases that don't have some kind of guest policy and over 20 years of either being on leases or running leases I have never seen every member of a lease all show up at the same time nor all bring a guest when they come. So regardless of how many members I doubt that there would be more than a dozen at any one time and over 6000 acres I believe there would be plenty of room. Having said all this if I had an extra $3000 laying around I would have to be a part of a third lease, if for nothing else but the turkeys and Aoudad.

Yes they have a guest policy but the speculation is there are 33 members and a concern that at any one time there could be twice that many at the lease because all members get to bring a guest. I am just saying that there probably isn't more than a dozen there at any one time.
