I have a friend that has about 1000 acres with a house that he wants to lease for the entire quail season. He's telling me that he's had good numbers the past couple of years. He's asking $6 an acre for the entire season with the house. This is quail only, not deer and turkey. PM me here if interested.

Is the deer and turkey leased separately on the place or is the 1000 acres quail only?

No deer hunting at all. Will possibly be leased out for spring turkey in 2019. Dove hunts are also sold from Sept 1st till Oct 21st. Quail lease will begin after Dove is over.
