4200 acre Hunting Lease

We have a whitetail lease available for the upcoming deer season. 4200 acres located South of Dryden, TX.
Lease includes 6 blinds and feeders with feeder pens in place. Feeders will be filled and maintained leading up to and during hunting season at no extra cost to hunters. Lease also includes the use of fully furnished house. The property has had very little pressure over the last 10 years and we have water for wildlife spread throughout property. We are looking for a long term relationship with a management minded group of hunters who will treat our family ranch with respect. 16,000 up to 6 guns

People are always apprehensive when s deal looks too good to be true. I assure you it is real and it is true. I have spoken with several who want it but haven’t got s commitment yet.
I guess I would be apprehensive too, but the ranch does exist and it is awesome. I can meet and show it anytime.
