54,000, could maybe hunt 1 hunter per 1000-1500 acres and take 1 trophy each, that would amount to about 6-9 hunters at a price of 6000 pp low up to about 9000 pp high.

I don’t know if that land can handle many more hunters?? Maybe so??

I suck at math but 9,000 acres at six dollars an acre is 54,000 dollars and one trophy per 1,000 acres means 9 trophy bucks. So, nine trophy bucks for $54,000 or one trophy buck will cost you $6000.

haha, you guys kill me. if you dont like the terms dont lease. It is an mld property with more bucks and does to kill other than the trophies. the biologists recommendation is 1 Trophy per 1000. this is a year around deer lease meaning you have use of the property all year without having to buy or have any of the costs associated with owning 9000 acres. country in Edwards and Sutton county are going for 10-12 an acre with the same biologist recommended trophy per acre rate.. One guy can lease it and have a private lease or 15 guys can to bring the cost per hunter down but yes, you have to figure out who gets the trophy this year etc. show me a year around deer lease where you can hunt for less than 3200 a year yet everyone gets to kill a trophy and they are not over killing. AND we dropped the price to $5.25- thats $3150 per for 15 hunters, or a little less than 4K per for 12 hunters.
