77 Acres Collin County for sale - big buck corridor. $450k - 04/01/18 04:59 PM

77+ acres of Hunting Paradise. BIG Deer, tons of Hogs, Ducks, and more. One of only 2 counties in TX that is "archery only" for deer allows bucks to grow old. Property appraised for over $460k a few years back, land values continue to rise in that area. Small metal building on site being used a cabin, plenty of room on hillside to build hunter's camp or weekend getaway cabin overlooking entire creekbottom. Neighbors will never move in on you with the way this is laid out... you'll have to see it to understand. If you're a hard core deer, hog, and/or duck hunter this is the place for you and/or your friends. One good sized pond, river running through middle, thick timber and open hay producing areas perfect for food plots. Some feeders / pens onsite.

Text me to talk by phone, I'll meet serious buyers on site to show in person around our crazy schedules. Bought this to set up as a trophy deer / hog place and simply do not have time now with kids, sports, and living 2+ hours away. Perfect for 2-3 guys to buy and hunt a lifetime.

Text Matt - cell 817-675-1316. I can send a LOT of pics by text after we talk, but will refrain from adding here out of respect to neighboring properties.

"river running through middle"

Would that be the drainage channel that runs from Lake Lavon to Lake Ray Hubbard?

THANKS!

That’s all owned by the City of Dallas and on a 99 year lease for $1 a year.
