$1,000 Finders Fee - 2 Deer Lease Spots

2 hunters looking for annual deer lease starting in 2018. Prefer to stay in or around Palo Pinto, Stephens, Jack, Young, Shackelford and Throckmorton counties. Looking for 600 acres or to join larger group on larger piece of property. Prefer strict game management plan and good set of rules for hunters as well. Both of us are life long hunters. Looking for a great lease and willing to pay more, if we find one. Would like the lease to have existing camp with electricity. $1,000 FINDERS FEE FOR TIPS THAT LEAD TO US JOINING A LEASE. Thanks.
