Deer Lease, looming for (1) one hunter - Throckmorton

Lease is about 2-1/2 hours from DFW. Year round access.

Lease is approx 320 acres and has a maximum of 3 guns. Lease just lost 1 member so we are trying to find his replacement. Each hunter has their own sectioned areas of approximately 100 acres. $1900 a gun.

Camp has electric but no running water. Youll be responsible for 1/3 of power bill, which is about 100 a year per hunter.

Landowners laws. Non-negotiable.

1. No children allowed to hunt. (No one but paid hunter can hunt)
2. No guest hunters. (No one but paid hunter can hunt)
3. No ATVs allowed on land
4. Gate must stay locked.
5. Obey burn ban
6. Obey all state laws.

1 and 2 are the same but landowner lists them separately.

Failure to obey his rules will terminate your hunting rights immediately and you will have 2 weeks to remove your gear.

This is a no drama lease. We go out to relax and have fun. If you are the drama type, you will not like this lease.

You certainly eliminate most of the drama with no kids, no guests, and not ATV's....Does all three split $100 or each member pays about $100?
