I'm a retired guy looking for a year round lease. Here's my ideal situation:
1) West of I35 and south of San Angelo (or so).
2) Large acreage with other hunters that need to fill a spot.
3) Allow me to bring a friend or two with, on my tags.
4) Variety of game. Deer, hogs, exotics, predators. Don't care about fowl.
5) Bunkhouse or RV hookup.
Quality is more important than price for me. These are my ideals. But I'm a guy who can compromise. I'll be respectful of your property.
