2018 Lease - 11/21/17 04:22 AM

We are looking for a lease for the 2018 season. There are currently 4 of us that are interested in finding something for next year.

Here's a wild idea. Why not post the general vicinity of Texas where your looking, maybe a price range, game expectation, camping needs, acreage desired, & any other pertinent information. Hint; people with land that they lease (like myself), don't generally waste our time responding to threads where no information is given. I'm not tracking people down to ask for pertinent information. If you can't come out & state obviously needed info, you probably wouldn't get much response.

Your welcome.

Here's a wild idea. Maybe they are open to anything that might be available. In this day and age hunters have to be more open minded to what's available. . Thanks for showing your character and personality with your smartass post and keeping them from wasting their time with anything you might have for lease. Hint: it's you're welcome. Not your.

Does he want a lease near Texarkana or Corpus Christie? Or Lubbock? Or maybe Van Horn? Do you think that all of those loacles would suit him? Certainly not. does he need 50 acres or 5,000?

If you don't like my posts, don't read them. Take your purse swinging somewhere else.

you must be the type of person who texts in complete sentences also.

I would wager that I lease out more land for hunting than you do. & 1 thing guys like us don't do, is chase down people who can't even post the very basic info on what their looking for.

Look at the thread on this page by P Toobin. That's how you find a lease. Not "hey y'all, just seeing what's available, whatcha got?"

Seems to me one should indicate how many dollars you are willing to spend on a lease, how many hunters are in the group and what area you would be interested in. It is difficult to find a lease most of the time so do what you can to make it easier.

I see both sides in this situation.

Okay guys you are right I should have indicated more info.. We would prefer East Texas/South East Texas area. As for as acerage no less than 500 is what I would think for 4 hunters. Cost is something I would think would depend on what is available. This is my first time to be on the looking end for a lease so probably alot more info I should haved added.
