Childress County Lease 2 Spots 4000 acres - 10/05/17 11:26 PM
Due to some unfortunate events on my lease in Childress I have 2 members that are looking to sell their spots.
Lease is 4000 acres North of Childress with Whitetail and Mule deer with some pigs and varmints.
There is a house with water and electric.
Please PM me if you are seriously interested.
This is our groups first year on the property so we do not have any harvest pics from last year.
The normal price for the spot is $3000.

We do not have the quail rights for the property.
Located about 10 miles north of town.

How far from the river is this located? Is it a year round lease or season lease? What is the guest policy?

About 3 miles north of the Red River year round access. You can have 1 guest but they hunt off your tags. 1 mature whitetail buck and 2 does and 1 mature mule deer buck.

Currently have 2 people setup to view the property on Saturday the 14th. If you're interested in the property I can setup a time to show it after then.
Also there may be a third spot being sold as well.
