Three open spots available on a waterfowl and migratory bird lease in northeast Fannin County approximately 1.5 hours northeast of the DFW area. Total acreage of approximately 400 acres with 14-15 acres of water about 15% is flooded grass that is seeding out. Looking for responsible, respectful hunters only that are willing to hunt with others on this property. PM for more info
