Sterling City Quail Lease

This is the same property described in "Sterling City Lease Available". There are two quail options available.

Full Season Lease: Hunt 2 sections for the entire season and pick up 4 more sections in January. Trailer spaces are available. Milo will be put out with the corn feeders. Looking for 5 guns at 2500.00.

Half Season Lease: Hunt 4 sections for the second half of season starting in January. No lodging available for this option. Looking for 4 guns at 2000.00.

Limited guests are permissible. Family friendly.

Ranch has excellent water on it and more will be developed next two years. 60-70% blues. Great hatch this year. Approx. 90% of the ranch is dog huntable.
