Small Family Lease Needed Near Lampasas - 07/06/16 08:07 PM
Looking for a small tract (20ac +)to lease for Veteran couple and 11yr old son with in about an hour of Lampasas. Wanting a year round lease so that proper scouting, stand placement, predator control (including hogs) and nutrition can be implemented. Very management minded family, looking to harvest 3-4 deer per season total for all three hunters. We prefer Archery so an urban tract would work but enjoy any method of hunting. Water/ electric not required. Would like a long term agreement under the right conditions.
