We have two properties up for lease.
Property #1 Located in Ennis, TX a couple miles west of the Trinity River and about 10-15 miles from Cedar Creek Reservoir. Lease includes 3 ponds and field with levy system that will hold water after rains. Lots of ducks in the area, major migratory fly way. Total cost of lease is $4,000 for exclusive rights. Would like no more than 4-5 hunters.
Property #2 is located in Alma, TX just south of Ennis, TX right off I-45. This property is positioned on 325 acre wheat field includes two ponds similar in size. Shallow water tanks with lots of food and vegetation. Easy access to property.
