We have around 11 sections for lease for quail hunting just outside of Big Lake, Texas. Looking to lease out to a group of 7-11 hunters. Property has blues and bobwhites both with a ratio of around 30% bobwhites and 70% blues. Country varies from mesquite flats to rolling hills with a considerable amount of cedar. Lease runs from end of deer season, January 4-Febrauary 28, 2016. Looking to lease no more than 1 hunter/section and wanting to get $1000/hunter. Last year the hunting was good and this year it should be better. Contact me for more info.
