The lease is roughly 2500 acres. There will be 10 hunters on the lease. You will be allowed 5 deer 3 bucks and two does, unlimited feral hogs and varmits. There is no night hunting. All blind locations have been cleared and will be shredded in September, winter food plots will be at all blind locations, there is a cleaning station that will have an electric hoist and two rope hoist, covered parking for your ATV or jeep, storage shed, RV hooks and a cook shack. This ranch is low fenced and there are no exotics on the place.

Kids 15 and under can hunt with parent off of their tags...anyone over 16 is considered a seperate hunter.
