Deer lease Lampasas county /with electricity and water

Three spots still open for the 2015 season. The lease is 600acres. There will be six hunters on lease. It is a year round lease bow and gun. Has deer, turkey,dove,hog,and varmints. Stand hunting only and you need pen around your feeder. No guest are allowed during deer season. Need more info call: 817-269-3294 my name is Robert.

Buddy of mine talked to him, price is right but no kids or spouses during deer season. Killed it for us.

What's the price? Also is more than one stand location and feeder permitted. Depending on thickness of vegetation and wind direction I normally try to set up atleast two differnt stands to hunt from for bow hunting? Also is the average brush or more open

I think my buddy said $1850 a gun. Don't know more than that. My friend pretty much stopped listening at no kids during season.

It's $1750.00 per gun multiple stands allowed I just got off the lease brought everything back this weekend

is this place on CR 2200? Sounds like a lease I was on years ago.

He booked all spots late lastnight when I talked to him.

When I talked to him he was pushing pretty hard to pay money without seeing the lease. I told him I would have to walk the lease first before ever paying money. I'm not sure if I would do things the same way if I was in charge. Its great to be able to get money up front like that, but who knows what kind of people you just brought on your lease. I'd much rather meet a guy face to face and try to get know them, rather than just taking money. But, I guess things are done differently nowadays.

If you don't feel comfortable with something, walk away. There will be other opportunities. I have been on a great lease in Mills Co the past four seasons. I was on a waiting list for about five years. When a opening came up, I offered to pay without seeing the lease. I did this because I knew and trusted the lease manager. The lease manager insisted that I take a tour of the lease with him, before getting on it. There is nothing that will replace dealing with an honest person.

No kids? People need to realize what hunting is all about.

The lease manager is also a hunter on the lease. I know he keeps a waiting list, and has many names on it. I am hesitant to put the name of the Ranch on here, because I don't want to create any attention to the property. The best way to find a lease it through word of mouth, of people you know. Usually when a lease makes it to Craigslist, or something similar, there is a reason why. However, I would not want to miss any possible opportunities, and suggest to not place any limits on where to find a lease. There may be a needle in a haystack that is hard to find, but it is still there.

Kids are the future of hunting. If they don't learn how the sport dies. The average age of hunters is getting older. A lease without kids is really stupid. Just my opinion.
