Very good looking ranch withgood cover and improved grass. There's 3000 acres of wheat.
Lots of game. Yr round.
Has small house that could be rented.

Don't think that ranch has 3000 acres of wheat land unless they took all the CRP land and turned back into farmland. It was 14,000 IIRC also.

Owner lost the quail hunters that have been around for 20 yrs.
They paid the biggest chunk of the lease.
