Don't think that ranch has 3000 acres of wheat land unless they took all the CRP land and turned back into farmland. It was 14,000 IIRC also.

Owner lost the quail hunters that have been around for 20 yrs.
They paid the biggest chunk of the lease.

This 12,000 acre ranch is west of the 14,000 acre I hunted on.
