Dove Lease in Terrell on County Rd 238

Has anybody had any experience hunting on the dove lease located on county rd 238 in Terrell. It used to be the old paintball fields.

Not me and we do half day leases off Hy 34 north Kaufman, 8 miles north of Terrell
