My landowner called and said the guys from last year won't be able to lease the property this year. Just trying to help them out.
I've been out there once before, so can't tell you much about it. Other than the pease river runs though most of it and its somewhat out of the way. They have Mule Deer and whitetail, should be year round. Supposedly some stands and equipment left from the last guy's. PM me if interested.
She stated $7.50 acre(42k) but might be a little flexible.
