Disabled vet and wife looking for a lease

Howdy all, I am looking for a lease, preferably within 3 hours of Dallas, my wife is my caretaker and is supposed to be with me at all times. I'm looking for a lease that will allow her to take a deer as well, a family freindly sorta place. I've got $1000.00 I can put towards it, maybe a bit more for the right place.
