Its tough these days, Ive had a couple guys PM me with leases but they are North of $3500 per gun.

Wow ! That Crazy ! I'm almost to the point of a paid hunt or guide hunt but would rather find a new lease to call home.

will look at all areas and on Top of lease payment if needed can do construction work , electrical , plumbing , framing ,fencing, ect... To help fix or repair the property. Thanks for your consideration.
