Need lease for about 6 good people, four generations of family and friends

Lost our lease do to the owner passing away and leaving to grandchildren. We do not need a trophy deer place, just a place to get together do a little hunting and outdoors. All people are non drinkers and smokers and would only be at the lease for a few weekends a year. We are not rich but good people who like the outdoors.
