Hill Country Lease **Updated with Pics** - 02/28/13 07:11 PM

Looking for 1, possibly 2, to fill our 10 member lease in Mills County. 2K acres with 3 cabins, Water, and Electric. $2900/gun plus protein, corn and electric costs are split evenly between members. I know this is a little high for the area but the quantity and quality of game you will see is incredible.

This is a well managed lease and we harvested a 153", 144", a 141" and a couple in the high 130's last year. Year before largest was 147". We have had the place going on 8 years and the hard work is really paying off. Please pm me or you can call 281-216-7357 for any questions.

Sure...trying to find the best fit for BOTH Hunter and group. Easy explanation. Not every lease is suitable for both parties.
