Deer Lease Needed for 8 Possum Kingdom area - 01/11/13 10:42 PM
I am looking for a lease in the Possum Kingdom area for about 8 hunters. Please specify if it has water, electricity, cost and other particulars.
STAY AWAY from a 785 Acre lease on the east side of 337, 6 miles south of Graford Texas! split level property with the big red gates! The woman who owns the land is a total "B" and will "F" you over every chance she gets! she will drive the ranch roads and feed her cattle at 7am during deer season & bring in bulldozers to clear land during spring turkey season! She almost got me for 16 hundred dollars last spring! Glad we bailed on the lease BEFORE I made my first lease payment! Oh and the next door neighbors will show up on weekends and sit around their camp fire shooting their pistols and rifles till the wee hours of the morning!

was the lease your refering to on 254? cemetery on the property?

That's the lease I'm on now.
Not a lot of this season.
