Coke Co. Deer Lease

I have a spot on a Coke Co. lease that is on the nothern border of the county. I haven't hunted this 3200 acre year round lease, this would have been my first year on it. I have a chance to get on a lease with a friend, I don't know any one on this lease and would like to hunt with my friend.
If you interested the total cost is $2125. $1125. now and $1K due in Aug. There are 8 deer hunters and 2 quail hunters. There's a pasture that is for deer only. The rest is open to both.

Tell you what, The $125 is for utilities and cabin supplies. I will pay that then you just pay the lease price of $2K.
