Private Land DIY Elk Hunt - Colorado

Urge2hunt is now offering a great high country private ranch for archery and rifle elk in Unit 71.
This private property has water and great cover and sits at over 8,000 feet elevation, making it perfect for both our archery and rifle elk hunters.

The best part, is it also borders hard to access public land which opens up thousands of remote acres to hunt.
Outfitter will explain how best to hunt the property and you can stay in Delores or at a nearby campground. Hunters who know what they're doing have enjoyed success the last few years with archery and rifle hunts.
We only allow one group at a time, so your party (minimum 2) will have the property to yourselves.

Elk tags have been 100% draw for 1st rifle and archery seasons and otc for 2nd/3rd rifle seasons. As an added combo, you can also hunt mule deer(draw tag) and bears with no added trophy fees.

Seasons:
Archery - Sept 2-30 (5 days) - $3,000 each

Rifle -
1st - Oct 14-18 - $3,000 each
2nd - Nov 2-5 - $2,500 each
3rd - Nov 11-17 (7 days) - $3,250 each

2 hunter minimum.
Colorado license/tag fees not included.

How many acres of private land?

Hello, we actually lease our property (900 acres) which gives us much easier access to the thousands of public acres that are tough to access which border our land

So is this hunting private land tags or open draw tags?

Sounds like it's 900 acres of private with full access to all public in GMU 71.

It's just a regular Unit 71 elk tag which allows you to hunt both our private ranch and the bordering public land as well.
