Looking for mld rifle hunt for daughter.

My 19 year old daughter has never shot a deer. Been crossbow hunting with me on public land for years. Never had a shot opportunity. Would like to up her odds with a rifle hunt for a whitetail doe or two. She will be home from A@M weekend of October 8and9. Prefer something within 3 hours of Dallas. Thanks

Depending on MLD level, rifle hunting can run from October-February.

Yes. We hunted Hatton ranch last October with rifle. We will go back but as of right now they are not offering doe hunts now. Thanks
