Corpus Christi Bay and Offshore trips 2022 (Will Update catches)

My nephew is gearing up and the fishing has been great so far .
Contact Captain Clint Smith’s of Come N Take It Outfitters. Clint offers wading as well as on the boat Bay fishing trips using bait or artificial. Clint runs a 25+ Majek Extreme with a 2021 Yamaha 250 SHO for all his bay and offshore trips. You can ether book Clint for a full day which is 8 hours or a half day which is 5 hours. On all trips Clint provides the rods, reels, bait, tackle, fuel, fish cleaning, all you need is a valid fishing license.

Rates:
Half day trips are $150 a person, with a minimum of $600
Full day trips are $200 a person with a minimum of $700
Offshore fishing charters, are $200 a person with a $700 minimum.
Deep sea fishing trips Rates:
6hr $1,600
8hrs $1,800
10hrs $2,000
12hrs $2,400

$100 deposit must be made to reserve all Bay/Offshore fishing dates and $200 deposit is required to book a Deep sea trip.

To many storms in the ocean today to get out to the Billfish but was able to get far out enough to bag this catch

What is the difference in "off-shore trips" and "deep sea trips"? Thanks Daniel

Daniel, the offshore trips are in his Majek, bay boat. Trips always are dictated by the weather. On the offshore trips he targets Kings, Ling, sharks, and snapper. The deep sea trips he runs bigger boats and targets Bill fish, tuna, and everything else that wants to bite. The size of the boat, the time to get out in the deep waters and fuel makes the cost mutiply. Give Clint a call and tell him uncle sent you. Thanks for the inquiry

We are going to be in Port A July 11-15 and Clint was my first call for a charter. Unfortunately, he and everyone he recommended was booked full that week...

Yep that was us! I told Clint that it was like going to Schlitterbahn Once the same came out, the waves calmed and it was a pretty smooth ride the rest of the trip.

Still catching them and running do it yourself duck hunts. The Red Heads are thick in Corpus
