Dove hunts eastern Medina county Black oil sunflower field

T.O.O. is offering limited hunter numbers dove hunts over black oil sunflower field outside LaCoste in eastern Medina county.

30 minutes from downtown S.A.

$75 per gun/afternoon hunt only hunting Saturday afternoons, & Tuesday or Wednesday if folks want a weekday hunt.

Will book Whitewing special season only if numbers justify it, last year the WW in special season were scarce & numbers got better as season progressed. Best hunt for WW came in second split in December.

Expect dove numbers to really get good beginning September 21st or so. Second split again will be fantastic.

Monday Sept 14th & Saturday Sept 19th full.

Other Saturdays have had been requested earlier but have not had returned confirmation from those that wanted those dates so right now everything else is open.

I did this hunt w this outfit on Monday sept 14th. It was very well organized, safe, and also got my limit. Saw lots of birds. Will definitely book w him again.

Bump for 2nd split coming up mid-December. Bird numbers were approaching outstanding last two hunts of first split.

First hunt Saturday Dec 19th is full, we tentatively booked Sunday December 20th & have some spots for the 20th.

Sat January 9th is also booked. All other dates are open as of now.

If bird numbers remain as heavy as they are right now we'll hunt both Sat & Suns. If not we'll only hunt once a weekend.

Scouting before season for up to date #'s but expect crazy number of birds.
