Axis buck or safari hunt needed

A friends wife is looking for a hunt for him and his 8-9 year old son. Budget is $3,500. Knowing his interests I think an axis hunt where they could kill a buck and a couple does between the two of them would be perfect. Or a safari type hunt where they could hunt off the top of vehicle for some kind of game would work. Plans are to purchase soon but hunt not be until next year.
