looking for a hunt for a friend

Im trying to help a friend that moved down from WI find a hunt this year. THey are new to Texas hunting and asked if i would help. They arent sure of a budget but for sure not real expensive. Any suggestions on a good meat/cull hunt up to maybe 140" deer? Thanks
