Pen raised birds...ISO outfitters to work with

We have several thousand acres of farmland in south Texas that will have a lot of corn & milo stubble. I was wondering if any bird outfitter would be interested in doing pen raised pheasant, chuckar, or quail hunts on our place. I'm looking for somebody who already has the birds and offers the hunts in other areas. I'm just thinking that this would be a fun and unique way to offer bird hunts in south Texas. Most of the bird hunting is in mott/brush country, this would offer more of a mid west feel to the hunt. If anybody is interested please let me know, thanks
