40th Birthday Hunt

Wife is getting me a hunt for my 40th in January. Not looking for whitetail have that booked for 11-11-19 already. Interested in meat mainly so no trophy horns need. Maybe axis or sika does/culls would be top of my list or maybe a predator hunt. Thanks in advance
