Northern Missouri Free Range Hunts (Iowa Border) Scotland County

I have a Friend looking to book a few whitetail hunts in Northern MO. He currently has over 2000 acres of draws, crops, timber and funnels, with tons of great deer on cam. This is his first year outfitting, so the hunts are very reasonable for the area. 1500 $ for archery rut and pre rut with lodging included. Do you know when the 2nd rifle season is? Does he allow youth?

The 2nd week would be the 16th of November through the 21st. I’m not sure about the youth. Would they be hunting with you or separate? How old and I’ll find out for you?
