I am looking for a Bison hunt.
No high fences.

Do you mean free range? If so there are only a hanfull of herds in Arizona, Utah, Wyoming, Montana and South Dakota that offer free range bison.

South Dakota is your best bet. Some of the places up there are huge (50,000+ acres). Arizona and Utah will take you 15-20 years or more to draw. Haven't looked at possible land owner tags in Wyoming or Montana. Not many places in Texas that offer bison hunts on low fence.

No landowner tags in Wyoming, random state draw for bulls or cows, and the price went up significantly this year. Odds were much better though for the NR who applied.
